Speaking & Workshops

Practical conversations about building what fits.

Natalia speaks about practical AI product decisions, AI workflows that can be used in real life scenarios by real people, and ways to build your career transition from who you are and why you want to change. Her sessions combine enterprise technology experience, real implementation work and an often contrarian point of view for real things in real practice.

Topics Natalia can speak about

You can teach an old pony new tricks, when it has a subject matter expertise

I am a classically trained computer scientist who had not touched real code for a quarter of a century, until I realised that bringing together data, system architecture, product decisions, technology and subject matter expertise can be more exciting than marketing products made by others. I have worked on HPC and Big Data deployments and cloud migrations, and defined future technology collaborations and product features. What still fascinates me is what happens when you stop selling and start listening.

Build What Fits: From Corporate to Portfolio

A grounded conversation for experienced professionals navigating a transition: how to work with what is real, articulate a credible next step and test a direction rather than borrowing somebody else’s plan. How I built Unscript IKIGAI® and what changes when you move from what and how you are doing, to why, and who you are becoming in the process.

When Your Brain Says Stop: Endurance, Purpose and Continuing Anyway

For five years, I have been riding for fun: from easy Singapore rides during Covid, to Round The Island, Audax 300km and amateur racing. And then I started riding for purpose: raising awareness about HIRO4HOPE charity bike ride and HOPE school in Battambang, Cambodia.

During these 800-900km expeditions, around the end of Day 3, you have to oppose the mental gymnastics that your brain throws at you: stop this madness and get on the support bus. But you keep going - because we ride for a better future of children in Battambang, and your uncomfortable blisters are not enough of a reason to quit.

This is a personal talk about stamina, purpose, grit and finding the determination to continue when you just want to quit.
